Participants explore their expertise with hands-on exercises designed to make them think more expansively about their knowledge and experience, and how to use it for the greatest impact.  Following this session, participants will kick-off a four-month engagement with a dedicated OpEd Project mentor-editor designed to encourage and support participants in reaching their goals.

The closing session will begin with a talk on applying learnings at Stanford. Participants will then engage in a focus group to discuss leadership at Stanford. The evening will conclude with a celbratory dinner with university leaders.
