Leadership for Feminist Movements: Intergenerational Conversations on Theory, Practice and Philanthropy
Description
An intergenerational conversation to address questions around leadership within the next phase of the women's movement - including what is the women's movement, how it operates and how we fund it. The panel discussion will bring together a diverse group of different generations of academic leaders, practitioners and students who are grappling with these issues on the front lines. The ultimate goal of this project is to create intergenerational understanding and build a plan to develop the pipeline of leadership for the women’s movement in the 21st Century. This event is part of the series of winter quarter events organized as part of Ms. @ 40 and the Future of Feminism.
