Open to Stanford faculty and graduate students who are affiliated with the Clayman Institute. Judith A. Carney is Professor of Geography at UCLA with research interests in Africa, cultural/political ecology, African diaspora, and development studies. Professor Carney teaches courses on African ecology and development, gender and rural development, and environment and food systems.
