Alison Wynn is a PhD Candidate in Sociology at Stanford University and a Research Assistant with the Clayman Institute. Her research examines organizational polices and practices that may inadvertently create or reinforce inequality. In particular, she studies recruiting practices and perceptions of cultural fit, flexibility programs, and gender equality initiatives in industries such as consulting, technology, and academic medicine. Prior to graduate school, Alison received her BA in English from Duke University and worked as a Human Capital Analyst with Deloitte Consulting.
