Brenda Frink is an editor of the Clayman Institute's news service. She is a social and cultural historian with interests in race, gender, and the American West. Before joining the staff at the Clayman Institute, she held postdoctoral fellowships at the Clayman Institute and the Bill Lane Center for the American West. Her articles appear in American Quarterly and Work and Occupations. Brenda has worked extensively in the publishing industry, in editing, project management, and marketing roles. She holds a Ph.D. in history from Stanford University.
