Naejin Kwak
Graduate Voice and Influence Program 2017-18, Education

Naejin Kwak is a doctoral candidate in International Comparative Education and Sociology of Education. Her research interests lie in the intersections of the sociology of education, the study of higher education, organization studies, and cross-national comparative studies. Her research aims to help us better understand historical changes and cross-national variations (or similarities) in educational organizations such as universities. She is also part of the research team that examines social science textbooks around the world to conduct cross-national and longitudinal studies of educational curricula. She holds a B.A. in Public Administration and Public Policy from Yonsei University, Korea and an M.A. in Comparative International Education from Teachers College, Columbia University.
