Sandra Nakagawa is a PhD candidate in Sociology at Stanford University. She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with B.A. degrees in Sociology and English.
Sandra’s research focuses on gender differences in health and environmental behaviors. In particular, her work looks at how concerns about masculinity contribute to men's lower rates of many healthy and pro-environmental activities.
