VIP Op-Ed Essays

The Clayman Institute Voice and Influence Program partners with The OpEd Project in order to help participants think more expansively about their knowledge, ideas, and causes. The Clayman Institute has worked with The OpEd Project founder, Katie Orenstein, since 2008. This partnership has resulted in a number of meaningful essays that have helped shape public debate around a wide range of issues from drone policy to maternal care.

The Clayman Institute OpEd Project Seminar is run by The OpEd Project founder, Catherine Orenstein, and Mentor-Editors. This seminar offers Stanford faculty, fellows, and academic staff the opportunity to tackle key questions that push them to think more expansively about their knowledge, ideas, and causes.
