Voice and Influence Program

The Clayman Institute is launching a year-long program aimed at arming leading women at Stanford with the skills, training, research, access, and close-knit support to dramatically increase their influence at Stanford, within their disciplines and in public debate.

Led by women experts – including faculty leaders, researchers who study power, negotiation and influence and experts in expanding public voice, reach and impact – the program includes four primary sessions in three parts: Public Voice, Gaining Influence, and Negotiation and Conflict Management.  Two networking events kick off and conclude the program, which is being funded by private donors, the provost and deans.
