 Measuring the Progress of Women as Leaders

This talk covers two related topics on women’s leadership at Stanford.  The first topic is a review of a current project on women’s leadership roles at Stanford. Professor McNichols will outline the current data collection effort and metrics to document the influence of women's leadership roles at Stanford.  The second topic is a research proposal to study the status of women’s leadership at Stanford through a textual analysis of historical meeting notes.

Maureen McNichols is the Marriner S. Eccles Professor of Public and Private Management at the Graduate School of Business (GSB), Stanford University.
