Michelle Mello: "Protecting Patients in the Wake of Roe v Wade's Overturn"

The Supreme Court's June 2022 decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization leaves little room for courts to protect abortion rights as a matter of constitutional law. This session will discuss measures that healthcare providers, advocacy groups, the Biden Administration, and others are taking to preserve access to abortion care where possible in a changed legal landscape.
