Convened by the Clayman Institute’s Center for the Advancement of Women’s Leadership, the Beyond Bias Summit (March 2-3, 2017) convened members of the Corporate Affiliates Program, along with leading researchers, to advance knowledge and move toward workable solutions. While the Summit was by invite only, two exciting public sessions focused on moving beyond bias in the workplace.
SESSION 1 - CEO Panel
How Inclusion Drives Innovation, featuring Robert Hohman (CEO, Glassdoor), Kristi Mitchem (CEO, Wells Fargo Asset Management), and Thurman White (CEO, Progress Investment), moderated by Julie Hanna (Chairwoman, Kiva)
When organizations bring together people with diverse perspectives, knowledge and experiences, teams can find novel connections leading to creative solutions and ideas. Leaders must foster cultures where both innovation and inclusion drive business outcomes. With the goal of sparking new pathways to innovation, we are pleased to convene this group of thought leaders who have experience in fueling business growth through inclusion.
