Interpreting the constitution with Professor Pamela Karlan

On September 16, Professor Pamela Karlan, Kenneth and Harle Montgomery Professor of Public Interest Law, was featured in a webcast titled, Keeping Faith and Looking Forward: a Discussion on Constitutional Interpretation. Professor Karlan, a Clayman Institute Faculty Affiliate, co-authored the book, Keeping Faith with the Constitution. The webcast looks at "the Constitution and methods of interpretation that apply the text and broad principles to the changing needs and conditions of our society."
