Amy Fox
Amy M. Fox is SVP, Deputy General Counsel, and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer at HP Inc., where she advises senior leadership on strategic, geopolitical, and legal matters shaping the company’s $54 billion global business. She partners closely with HP’s C-suite to drive growth, operational efficiency, and responsible innovation by integrating legal strategy with business insight.
Previously, Fox served as VP & Associate General Counsel at Meta Platforms, overseeing the legal team supporting Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, and Ads, and earlier led the legal function for Oculus VR during a period of major growth. Before Meta, Fox held senior legal roles at Intel Corporation.
Fox is active in nonprofit leadership, having served as President and Chair of Challenge Success, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting youth and mental health, and as a board member of Big City Mountaineers, an organization providing backcountry trips for youth from disinvested communities.
Fox holds a B.A. in women’s studies and environmental studies from UC Santa Cruz. She earned her J.D. from Stanford Law School and is a Fulbright Scholar. Amy is passionate about advancing women in leadership and has a longstanding interest in gender studies and the role of academic research in shaping equity and opportunity.
