Eva Sage-Gavin is a recognized Fortune 500 business leader and Senior Managing Director with Accenture’s Global Talent & Organization/Human Potential practice. She helps clients harness digital technologies to innovate, unlock human potential and drive transformation. Sage-Gavin’s career is built on a strong foundation of executive roles at Gap, Inc., Sun Microsystems, The Walt Disney Company, and PepsiCo. She has been active as a board director and has served as the first female member of multiple public company technology boards, most recently as a Director for Broadsoft (acquired by Cisco Systems Inc.), Sapient Corporation (now Publicis Sapient) and TalentSky, Inc. Sage-Gavin has served as Co-Chair of Bay Area Women Corporate Directors and currently serves on the Advisory Board for Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business Corporate Board Ready programs for the development of diverse board directors. She served as a senior advisor to the Boston Consulting Group, the G100 Network and was the Vice-Chair of Aspen Institute’s Skills for America’s Future initiative, now UpSkill America. Sage-Gavin has garnered numerous awards throughout her career and is a National Academy of Human Resources Fellow, the highest honor granted in the Human Resources profession. She is a dedicated leader at her alma mater, serving as executive in residence at Cornell’s ILR School and was recognized as a recipient of the William B. Groat Award for lifetime achievement in the field of labor relations and human resources management. She received her B.S. from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
