Ina Coleman is a gender equity consultant focusing on the strategies necessary to advance more women to the highest levels of senior leadership in business. She works with a variety of academic institutions and companies across the US to promote progress in building inclusive and equitable work environments. She is the former managing director of the Feminist Majority Foundation, one of the leading organizations dedicated to advancing the equality of women and girls worldwide. She also previously held positions in real estate development with Sirenia Partners and The Bedford Group.
Ms. Coleman serves on Stanford University's Council of the Humanities and Sciences, and, the university's advisory board of the Center for Comparative Studies in Race and Ethnicity (CCSRE). In addition, she serves on the advisory boards of the USC Annenberg Center on Communication Leadership & Policy (CCLP) and Big Sunday.
Ms. Coleman holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Communications from Stanford University.
