Artist's Reception for Lisa Solomon - "Pressed at the Seams"

Please join us for an Artist’s Reception for Lisa Solomon and her Exhibition at the Clayman Institute, PRESSED AT THE SEAMS. Light refreshments will be served and there will be a brief introduction of the artist and Q&A session. PRESSED AT THE SEAMS is an exhibition combining multiple series of works by the Oakland-based artist, Lisa Solomon, that together raise questions about the making of social spaces, histories, materials, and identities. Works from Solomon’s Domestic Scenes, Pigment Portraits, Rifle Targets, and Pilot Wheel Doilies are on display at PRESSED AT THE SEAMS.
